Highway Driver Leasing (HDL) will take an in depth description of your hiring criteria and will search our data base of drivers which we have compiled over twenty years.

The candidates that we will refer to you are generally all ready working and do not have time to respond to newspaper advertising. Candidates that leave a position for another position are often a cut above the people who are without jobs and responding to advertising.

The HDL recruiters review each candidate’s experience, background, references and driving record.  We will only send you a candidate who meets or exceeds your hiring requirements and is interested in working for you based on your job description.
